2013 Summer AGA: We will begin summer AGA for our 300+ members in June 2013. A member registration will be mailed out on March 25th! If you are a previous member and you DO NOT get this mailer please email us so we can get you the information to pre-register. Open Registration for new members is Saturday May 4th 8-1 pm Civic Arena.
ALL of the Beginners classes for all sessions this summer are FULL! Please get us your information and we will do our best to get you into a class if a spot opens up. Playful Pals Tuesday 5:15 has been cancelled. Please choose from the other Pals days and times available on the schedule.
2013 Summer Class Schedule: Click here for the Schedule for you to plan a day and time that works best for you! Classes fill up fast so pre-register on time and/or attend the May 4th new member registration to start your fun gymnastics training!
Make-ups: Please continue to fill out a make-up form by the gym if you wish to attend a different day and time. If we have too many wanting to attend the same day and time, the AGA Director will have to contact you to make a 2nd choice. Again, we try hard to keep the coach/gymnast ratio small.
Weather warnings: If weather seems threatening, we ask that you make a decision as a parent to bring your child or not. We will not cancel classes unless we have adequate notice of bad weather. If you choose not to come, just simply do a make-up class. If school is cancelled or let out early due to weather, there will be NO AGA.
2013 AGA Summer T-shirts! They will be on sale in the gym starting the week of June 3rd and we will sell them until gone! There will also be an order form avaiable. Shirts are made by DSS Image Apparel in Aberdeen.

Our Mission
Park and Recreation
The Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department has the responsibility through coordinated efforts with the community to efficiently manage public resources; to develop awareness towards a total leisure environment; physical, social and cultural needs; and to develop and provide facilities, programs and space which allows participation in leisure services.
Aberdeen Gymnastics Association
The AGA is a program set up to not only teach students about the sport of gymnastics, but to help strengthen their developmental and team skills. This is something every child can strengthen and if they choose not to continue on with the sport of gymnastics they will have taken away attributes from the AGA that will only benefit them in any sport they choose to be apart of.
The AGA has a strong program in place to give gymnastics knowledge so when they are in Junior High and are able to compete with the Central High School team they have some idea and skill level already built.
Presently we try to provide the best, safest and most fun environment we can for students interested in the sport of gymnastics! We have dreams for this program, as does every program. When we reach our dreams… we will have more dreams ready to achieve.
