Our Mission

Park and Recreation

The Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department has the responsibility through coordinated efforts with the community to efficiently manage public resources; to develop awareness towards a total leisure environment; physical, social and cultural needs; and to develop and provide facilities, programs and space which allows participation in leisure services.

Aberdeen Gymnastics Association

The AGA is a program set up to not only teach students about the sport of gymnastics, but to help strengthen their developmental and team skills.  This is something every child can strengthen and if they choose not to continue on with the sport of gymnastics they will have taken away attributes from the AGA that will only benefit them in any sport they choose to be apart of.

The AGA has a strong program in place to give gymnastics knowledge so when they are in Junior High and are able to compete with the Central High School team they have some idea and skill level already built.

Presently we try to provide the best, safest and most fun environment we can for students interested in the sport of gymnastics!  We have dreams for this program, as does every program.  When we reach our dreams… we will have more dreams ready to achieve.
